Ellistat, a company already very familiar to EPHJ visitors, is maintaining its innovation strategy of aiming for the highest production quality.
Having picked up an Innovation Trophy in the Quality Control category together with its partner Métro, its team presented its software suite to the world for the first time in Paris at the end of March. As well as an innovative user and technical approach to every feature, Ellistat offers new additional modules, some of which tick all the boxes for artificial intelligence (AI): with Data Analysis you can calculate capabilities, create an ‘experience plan’ and statistically analyse the data from the SPC and IQC modules. This module has an extraordinary range of features, and its machine learning algorithms help us to understand the origin of machine drift or statistically differentiate between suppliers. The E-Learning area brings together 70 training modules to train all employees in Lean and Quality tools and upskill the whole company. Last but not least, the APC (Automated Process Control) module allows you to automate the setting process for your machine tools in order to ensure compliance as soon as the first part is machined.
