DETECTION OF THE FINEST DUST, FOR EFFORTLESS, IRREPROACHABLE CLEANLINESS

In the watchmaking environment, as in the grey rooms where watches are assembled, the presence of dust on dials, movements and cases has a direct impact on the quality and productivity of assembly workshops. Detecting and eliminating these particles is therefore crucial to guaranteeing contamination-free watches. At present, this detection is mainly carried out by visual examination, which can be tedious and inefficient.

Our new detection tool facilitates this control and reduces eye strain. Thanks to the use of UV LEDs specially designed for this application, it becomes possible to highlight even the finest particles, making them easier to remove.  This helps to reduce the aesthetic and sealing problems associated with the presence of unwanted dust.

What’s more, our detector is fitted with an adjustable anti-UV filter to protect operators’ eyes from any optical reflections. All the necessary safety measures have been incorporated into its design and development.
