And that’s straight from the horse’s mouth! The feedback from our satisfaction survey is full of similarly glowing testimonials, and for that we thank you. While we are delighted with the responses to the survey, they will also spur us on to do even better. We have made no bones about the fact that organising EPHJ 2021 was a challenge, both for us and also for exhibitors, given the health context in September. Entrepreneurial spirit, a willingness to take risks and the desire to meet existing and potential customers face to face made all the difference. The feedback from our satisfaction survey confirms that this was a challenge worth overcoming, together. While there were fewer visitors this year, their quality was praised by nearly 98% of respondents. If we had to establish a causal link, 89% of exhibitors said they had signed contracts or were highly likely to do so in the near future. This professional pragmatism is the very hallmark of EPHJ. We can make every effort to organise the best possible show, but if it does not result in any new business, then we will feel like we have failed. It is precisely because of this pragmatism and the Show’s ‘family’ atmosphere that we continue to go on. As a symbol in the midst of this turbulent period, EPHJ will celebrate its 20th anniversary next year, so the 2022 show will be something quite different. We have a few pleasant surprises in store for you as well as some special events that you will not want to miss.
