Business expertise developed for the high-precision market

The watchmaking’s world benefits from its specificities, from an unique operation’s mode. The added value of Solune is the knowledge of these problems by providing a solution.

With more than 16 years of experience in Fine Watchmaking as Production & Quality Director, Bertrand Ducrot use his expertise to implement a performant ERP software on that market, with the acquisition of Solune, in August 2020. The first mission was to design an innovative and customizable ERP to meet the needs of each Jewelery and Watchmaking, high microtechnologies business.

An innovative ERP solution adapted for all companies thanks to its customization

Solune ERP is now positioned on the watchmaking and jewelery market with its modular, customizable and adaptable software.

A company and the business are in permanent evolution. Concerned to get the reply of all expectations, Solune adapts to its customers and their evolutions and development by offering them a personalized ERP software.

To customize an ERP, understanding the business, processes and issues is essential. The Solune’s strength is its perfect knowledge of the market, whether it concerns the mechanism of movement, dressing watch… but also all the stages of the product’s creation.

The Solune ERP software supports companies in these business requirements while allowing them to customize their software from sales management, to monitoring production, quality,, HR, Finance, etc.

The company currently has more than 20 employees, with significant growth. For this, the Swiss subsidiary is being created in order to be closer to its Swiss customers and to ensure development.

Solune’s ambition is seen through recruitment with more than 9 people recruited in less than 6 months including:

  • a new sales team
  • a more efficient R&D department
  • a training service to deploy and transmit the best practices specific to each department
  • a more responsive Assistance service.

This growth allows Solune to respond quickly to customer demands and expectations.

Our strength is found in the knowledge of the market and on the product design and development. We understand the needs of each company and adapt them to their mode of operation in order to offer them a tailor-made tool that meets their expectations.

Our desire is to support companies in their evolution with an ERP software corresponding to their image.” says Bertrand Ducrot, CEO Solune.
